BitKinex, Document Manager
You can access your NDD Document Manager with a small easy to use Windows client. We recommend using BitKinex. You can download the client (for free) from here. using the BitKinex client will add/delete and update documents and items just like you would through the web interface. Versioning will remain intact as will the directories permissions.
Once you have the client installed it will ask you for a Data Source, this will be your website address (www.example.com). Do not include the "http://" part of the address. You can put an optional description in as well.
Next wou will enter your Server information, the website address will remain the same. Here you will enter your website user name and password. If your site has an SSL certificate assigned to it, you will change the "Security" setting to "SSL".
Next you will need to select "Site Map" form the tree on the left. Here you will enter the directories you want to access through the client. The directories will always begin with '/dmxdav.axd/' as shown below. You can get these directory addresses from us or if you have mapped these directories with Windows Explorer, they will appear in your "Network Places."
Above, The Location Specifies, will always we Directory (WebDAV compliant). You can add as many or few directories as you want, but you cannot however map the root directory.
Now that your set-up, just double click the new "node" in your BitKinex client. You will be greeted by a new windows that on the left contains your web servers file structure in Document Manager and on the right will be your local computer
